BEST DENTIST OFFICE EVER!!! No games, they know there job very well and perform very well. Time efficient ,prior to me getting Dental Insurance there price was very fair and reasonable. There one of the only offices that got me in being a new patient. They performed miracles on me to say the least. Dr. Chen is very very skilled. And the “hygienist” (if I’m saying this right) That performed the “de scaling and clenaing etc. was excellent and knowledgeable. My oral health after seeing these Experts is 100% better. They taught me better ways to maintain oral health WICH actually works. Live this Place

Auburn family dental is fabulous! Everyone is so polite and cheerful. The quality of the care is outstanding. I am so pleased to have my hygienist, Vicki. She does an amazing job and I’ve learned so much about oral care from her. I have genetically very problematic teeth. With the help of an Auburn family dental I’ve been able to keep all of my teeth healthy into my late 50s. I highly recommend this practice!!!

Vicky does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and explaining to me as she is working on my teeth. She keeps me updated on how to take care of my teeth between cleanings. She’s very knowledgeable and knows her stuff. I also enjoy our conversations!

Vicki is the most caring and attentive technician. Absolutely wonderful. Dr Chen is also great. This is truly “family” dentistry. They have helped me with some difficult dental issues and have listened carefully and provided a level of attention to detail and caring that you just don’t find anymore.

I received your e mail to which I responded 2 weeks ago about scheduling an appointment and never was contacted. I initiated contact with your office submitted insurance info also scheduled an appointment. The next day I received a call saying I needed to research my insurance info, copays etc. Which I did. After my cleaning appointment I was told I had a $50.00 copay which is not what my insurance company told me! Poor continuity with insurance company at this office and customer!

I still come from Boston to the practice because of how much I enjoy the time and expertise that Dr. Chen and Vicki provide. They work with you to provide suggestions for your oral health that fit your time, budget, and lifestyle. It’s hard to get such personalized care anywhere else! I look forward to my visits!

My appointment was scheduled for 8am and I was not seen until 8:20am. When scheduling I advised that I was not interested in doing the gum test for gum disease as the last time I went in for a cleaning this test was performed and my cleaning was not done due to lack of time. I simply wanted a cleaning. The hygenist told me I was scheduled for a full hour appt and needed the gum test and xrays as I was considered a new patient. This was not communicated to me when scheduling and my schedule did not allow time for this, especially starting the appt 20 min late. Donna did a great job with my cleaning, which no doubt took a considerable amount of time and attention due to not having a cleaning for a couple of years. My family has used this office for 13+ years since Dr. Ward owned it. We typically receive great service and care.

I was originally referred here by a co-worker when I moved to the area almost 6 years ago. I have since moved away (four years) and continue to come here for my dental needs. Dr. Chen is absolutely amazing. If something isn’t just right, he will make it right for you. He has wonderful skill and expertise. If you have a lot of work being done, he will help you prioritize. The dental assistants are comforting and fun to talk to (when your mouth is free to chat). Vicki is my hygienist and she is beyond the best. Not only is she a great person, she makes you feel comfortable, remembers things about you, and does an amazing job at cleaning your teeth and recommending products and solutions to tailor what you need. Thank you guys for being an office who puts customer service first! If you live anywhere near Auburn, look no further for a dentist office. You have found the best.
